Mr. Hiroo Advani 
Mr. Hiroo Advani completed his schooling from Cathedral & John Connon High School, Bombay and graduated with a Gold Medal from Bombay University in 1970. He thereafter proceeded to Cambridge University in the United Kingdom where he obtained his Masters Degree in Law.
After qualifying as a Barrister-at-Law and on returning to India, he started practicing as Counsel in the Bombay High Court. In 1986, he started the law firm, Advani & Co., which has come to be known as one of the leading firms in commercial law in India. The firm has a wide international law practice with clients from all parts of the globe, including USA, Europe & Asia, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi & Pune.
Mr. Hiroo Advani is a leading authority on arbitration and joint ventures and participated as a keynote speaker in
several seminars and contributed to several publications such as 'Economist' and 'Euromoney'.
He has participated as the lead Counsel in more than 20 arbitrations in the I.C.C. and L.C.I.A. and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, several of which are presently ongoing.
He has also participated as the lead Counsel in more than 100 domestic arbitrations under the Arbitration and Conciliation, Act, 1996 (India), several of which are presently ongoing.
In 2002, the Asia Pacific Legal 500 has listed Advani & Co as the 'Best Firm in India for Dispute Resolution' and Mr. Hiroo Advani has the privilege of being one of only 2 Indian lawyers listed in the prestigious 'Who's Who of International Arbitration.
Mr. Karam Advani
Educated at Rugby, then studied anthropology and law at LSE and before converting to law at BPP Law School in the UK. He was admitted to the English Bar and worked in India as counsel and has practiced in (Supreme Court, various High Courts, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, DRT, Metropolitant Magistrate Court,). His primary focus is litigation but has also handled some corporate, IP, tax and real estate work, In particular, he has built up some experience in making challenges to public tenders.
Karam has worked on various international and domestic arbitrations under the LCIA Rules, IAMA, ICC, SIAC and had drafted arbitration notices, pleadings, witness statements, statement of claims, Statement of Defence, Counter Claim, Applications, Affidavits-In-Evidence, written arguments and other miscellaneous applications.
Ms. Charmayne BhadhaCharmayne Bhadha is a post graduate from Mumbai University and has 12 years of experience. Her primary practice areas are intellectual property (IP), infrastructure projects, arbitration & corporate commercial matters. In the field of Arbitration she has handled drafting of Pleadings for domestic & international Arbitrations and appeared for the same. In Corporate Law she has handled multitude of agreements in various fields, mergers & acquisitions & private equity investments; due diligence, EPC Contracts and FEMA regulations. Under IP she has experience in applications for registration for Trademarks, Copyright, Designs Patents and proceeding thereunder. She has handled licensing, assignment, technology transfer, endorsement, sponsorship, franchise agreements. She has appeared in relation to IP matters in civil and criminal courts, assisted clients in investigations & raids for the same, trademark surveillance, destruction of infringing goods and domain name dispute resolution.
Ms. Jennifer DadrewalaJennifer Dadrewala graduated from Mumbai University and has extensive experience in incorporating various private and public companies in India, conducting Due Diligences for a Public Companies and Private Companies as well as Partnership Firms in India, advising clients on various types of mergers and acquisitions i.e. Slump Sale, Asset Transfer and Share Purchase, etc, drafting and negotiating EPC Contracts, various corporate and commercial contracts starting from licensing agreements, assignment agreement, technology transfer agreements, endorsement contracts, sponsorship agreements, etc.
She has advised various clients on miscellaneous issues relating to incorporation of companies, corporate governance, oppression and mismanagement, foreign exchange management, transactions related to equity market instruments, Security Exchange Board of India (issues pertaining to Mutual Funds, Venture Capital Funds, FIIs, FVCIs, Merchant Banks, Takeover Code, Underwriters, Portfolio Managers, etc.)

Mr. Asif LampwalaAsif has graduated from Government Law College in the year 1993 and has been working with the firm for over 15 years. He was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship in the year 1998 and went to College Of Law in York. Asif has worked in Law firms in London and Tokyo and has advised clients who were keen to do business in India.
He has an extensive experience in handling various corporate transactions and advising clients regarding the best strategies for entering and operating in India.
Furthermore, Asif also specializes in litigation and he has appeared in Supreme Court, various High courts, City Civil Courts, Small Causes Courts, Debt recovery Tribunal and Metropolitan Magistrate Courts. Ms. Aradhana PrabhakarAradhana graduated from Pune University. With her experience, nationally and internationally, her practice area is arbitration and litigation covering corporate and commercial works. She works on international and domestic arbitration under UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, SIAC Rules in the fields of Infrastructure, Insurance, Shipping and Lotteries. With her Business Laws from Canada, she has been handling negotiations in commercial shipping projects, power projects to constitutional questions including the challenge to a enacted legislation in the Supreme Court of India. She also deals with fairly large industrial land transactions, which includes both financing and development. She is a member of Inter-Pacific Bar Association and Young International Arbitration Group.
Mr. Kshitij SanchetiKshitij completed Law from ILS Law College, Pune. With about 8 years work experience in corporate/ commercial law, he has previously worked with Dua Associates and Fox Mandal Little.
Kshitij has been associated with the firm for more than 3 years and has acted for several clients located globally, advising them on issues pertaining to doing business in India, structuring investments, regulatory approvals, corporate governance and employment issues.
He leads transactional assignments including joint ventures, mergers, slump sale, business/ asset transfers. He assists listed and unlisted companies with regulatory, administrative and legislative affairs affecting businesses, advising on the Companies Act, foreign exchange and regulatory issues as well as SEBI regulations.
