Bringing foreign operations to India

We advise overseas clients with respect to acquisition of immovable property, especially clearances from the Reserve Bank of India. It is pertinent to note that the Government of India has liberalized the entry norms for the foreign investors to acquire immovable property in India. Even then, it is necessary to intimate or obtain permission from the Reserve Bank of India and to comply with various provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act.

We have also done extensive work with regard to construction of power projects, installation and laying of pipelines, construction, operation and maintenance of ports, construction of Special Economic Zones and construction of Silo facilities.
